Rockpacker time warranty

Lost or stolen eyewear is not eligible for the warranty program. Only frames purchased at full-price, without any discount code, from rockpacker.com are eligible for a free replacement. A customer account is required to move forward with a replacement claim. Additional damage claims beyond the one (1) replacement frame are not included in this coverage. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all replacement claims to process.

Frames purchased at a discount of less than 40% off are eligible for the lifetime warranty program, wherein broken or damaged frames and lenses can be replaced for a standard fee. Final-sale frames purchased at discounts of 40% and greater, as well as frame styles purchased at sample sale events, are not eligible for the program.

Should accidental breakage occur, our warranty ensures replacement of your eyewear at a discounted rate (subject to availability). If a manufacturing defect arises, upon verification, we will replace the defective eyewear free of cost. All warranty replacements are subject to a $5 return shipping cost. Please email us at info@rockpacker.com with your warranty claims, including a description and picture of the damage. This applies only to frames purchased directly from rockpacker or with an original sales receipt from third party retailers. 


Because rockpacker eyewear is handmade in a small batch process, you may find that certain frames are in high demand and are available for purchase on a pre-order basis only. We request payment in advance to secure your place in line for these frames, guaranteeing shipment upon the release of product. Wait times are dependent on frame style and order date.

Price adjustments

Rockpacker honors one-time price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within the ten-day returns window. Items purchased on sale, with a promotional code, or during any other promotional period are not eligible for a price adjustment.


Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless you were shipped faulty items. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Privacy policy + adult use

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes the types of information we collect from you when you use the rockpacker.com site, and explains what we do with that information. Except as described in this policy, we do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. Keep in mind that you always have the option to “opt-out” of our email program at anytime. This privacy policy is effective as of January 28th, 2019 and will remain in effect until we replace it.

This site is designed for and intended for use by adults. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you must monitor and supervise the use of this site by children, minors and others under your care. You agree to be responsible for their use of this web site.

Sale items and offers

Sale items purchased at a discount of greater than 20% are eligible for exchange only. Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in combination with any other offer. Terms of offer are subject to change without notice.


Customers wishing to return more than two frames will have their shipping costs deducted from the total refund amount. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Any unauthorized or unlawful use of any content or materials on this site is prohibited and may violate copyright and trademark laws and/or the laws of privacy, publicity, and/or communications regulations and statutes. Any use of the materials or content on this site can be made only with the prior written and express authorization of the company.
