You can track your package by logging into your account. You will receive an email with your tracking number from either Citi Link or DHL eCommerce within 24 hours of your purchased product being shipped. You can track your package to your doorstep with this number!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to email service@rockpacker.com with return reason and to obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Orders returned without a valid (RA #) may face a delay in processing and a refund may not be approved.

All international orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce from our Malaysia warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and up to 12 business days for your package to arrive.

Our prices are all shown based on your country and we accept all major credit and debit cards & PayPal Express.

Our premium lenses are made of Polarized CR-39. This type of lenses are known for thin and light plastic lenses.

A Polarized lens is a sunglass lens that greatly reduces the glare from light that is Polarizedhorizontally, meaning the light reflecting off horizontal surfaces, such as a white sidewalk, a white-sand beach, snow, or sunlight reflecting on water.

We believe that premium quality and good style should not break the bank. We keep our prices reasonable by controlling the supply chain and cutting the middleman.

Spectacles come with three standardised measurements all of which are written in millimetres. These are printed onto the inside of all ROCKPACKER sunglasses. The first number (49) refers to lens diameter. This is governed more by the style of the frame than the dimensions of your face. The second number (19) refers to the bridge width, or the gap between the edges of the two lenses. The third number (145) refers to the arm length (or temple length). This is the full length of the arm, from the very tip to the very end.

Each style is only available in one unique size, but our selection has styles for narrow, medium, and wide faces.

You will receive your frames completely even and leveled. It is common to have an ear higher than the other and sometimes, the frames may need adjustments for them to sit straight on your face or be tight enough behind your ears. You can visit an optical store for adjustments or you can adjust them yourself.

Our frames are made of premium cellulose acetate, which we source from a family-owned factory in Northern Italy and German stainless steel hinges.

Every single one of our frames is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Our frames are all made with cellulose acetate, which varies from batch to batch. This means that there can be slight pattern and color variations.

Orders

Although we try to ship as soon as possible, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process.

We process orders Monday through Friday, so all orders placed between 12:00 p.m. Friday and 11:59 p.m. (UTC +8:00) Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.

In the event that your order is placed on hold and we are unable to reach you within 7 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation it is likely, that the order hasn’t been processed or that you have entered the wrong e-mail address. If you are certain that your e-mail address is correct, please check your spam folder.

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be vary based on the delivery address. Please proceed to “checkout” to confirm the delivery time and cost ! The estimated delivery is between 3-7 days.

We offer FREE international shipping worldwide but don’t ship to Russia, Iran and China. Taxes and Duties: Please note that shipping charges are separate from taxes and duties.

Please be aware that ROCKPACKER can’t control any customs or import duties applied to your package. We can’t tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. It’s a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order so you don’t receive any unexpected charges.

By law, all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees.

If you wish to refuse your delivery, you will still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to ROCKPACKER.

The amount will be deducted from your refund. If the fees exceed the amount of your order including shipping costs, the parcel will be destroyed and you will not be refunded.

Sure ! Just make sure the shipping address selected is where you want the glasses to be delivered.

ROCKPACKER does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. Customers listing PO Boxes as their shipping address will be contacted by a ROCKPACKER representative to change this to an acceptable address.

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Sorry, once an order has been placed you can’t add more glasses. If you place another order going to the same address within the next 24 hours, either enter a note in the order stating “Combine shipping with order# XXX” or contact customer service. We’ll combine the two orders, ship them together and refund one shipping fee!

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service through service@rockpacker.com

Returns and Exchanges

Sunglasses purchased directly from our online store are eligible for returns or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.Returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the original delivery to you.Shipping cost for returned / exchanged items will be paid by you.For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact service@rockpacker.com for immediate assistance.

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. ROCKPACKER is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Immediately contact our Customer Service department. We will work with you to get your damaged glasses replaced with a new pair as soon as possible.

Shipping instructions will be sent upon submitting your return request to service@rockpacker.com.

Please ship to the address provided by the customer service team with your authorization number and original packing slip.

Please use a shipping courier that provides both insurance and tracking to ensure that we receive your package. We unfortunately are unable to cover packages lost in transit.

If you sent them back for inspection, we will inspect them and email you the inspection results. If you sent them back for refund, we will email you when we have processed the refund. You will be refunded within 14 business days following the refund confirmation email for the product. (Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.)

ROCKPACKER reserves the right to refuse any return if any of these criteria are not met.

When you successful fill up checkout information and your card information.

Duties, import taxes or other fees may be requested for your order depending on your Country’s import policy. These additional fees cannot be collected by us, nor are they controlled in any way by our online store: you will be contacted when the package arrives at Customs and presented with a separate invoice for taxes or fees owed.

We suggest you to verify with your local import policy before ordering.

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Customer is responsible for paying customs, duties, and/or VAT. If a package is refused and we are charged shipping and/or duties, that amount will be deducted from original order before a refund is credited.
